How we work

Built with you, for how your business actually runs.

No two businesses hold their knowledge the same way, and a foundation that ignores that is one nobody uses. So Alynki isn’t handed over as a tool to configure. We come in and workshop how your work is actually done with the people who do it, learn where the knowledge that makes it good lives, and build the foundation with you. Then we stay until it’s carrying real work, and adding real value.

Where your teams get stuck

Each of your teams knows its part. Nobody sees the whole.

Your best people know how the work is done well. That knowledge, though, is split across your teams, half-written wikis and old tickets. Whichever of your teams starts a piece of work rarely knows what the next one needs from it, and the one after that finds out last. Requirements change, and nobody tells the people already building. Every hand-off loses something, and it shows up at the end, in front of your customer.

The shift

One foundation. Everyone doing your work starts with the right context.

Every hand-off loses domain knowledge. One business context layer keeps it.

Before

Each of your teams works from its own picture, and domain knowledge is lost at every hand-off. What the next team, the people who run the work, or your customer will need is discovered at the hand-off, or after it. The alternative is building that shared picture yourself, from scratch, with no guarantee your humans and your AI ever end up working from the same rules.

After

Everyone doing your work, every team, every human and every AI, starts with the right context: what your business knows, and what the people downstream will need, in view before the work begins. Nothing is lost between hand-offs. The requirements of everyone with a stake in it travel with the work: the next team, the people who run it, the people who approve it, your customer. A change made once reaches everyone. The bar goes up, and stays up.

Bridge

We come in, learn how your business actually runs, and build that business context layer with you. Not a tool you configure alone; a partner who makes it fit.

The engagement

What the first weeks look like.

How long it takes depends on the work you bring. We recommend starting small: one workflow, or one customer journey, that matters. Small enough to finish, real enough to teach us something. Then we grow from there.

01

Understand

We sit with the people on your team who know the work end to end, the ones others go to with questions. We map what they know, where it’s written down, where it isn’t, and which of it decides whether a piece of work comes out right.

It starts with one free session to understand your business and what it needs; from it we come back with a plan and the work it would take.

02

Shape

Together we decide what is shared by everyone in your business and what belongs to a single team or a single kind of work. Most of it is already there; the work is deciding where it sits and who it reaches.

Once you’re happy with the plan, we agree that work together, and that’s what you’re charged for: architecture, training your people, safe and effective use of AI, setting up what’s needed.

03

Put it to work

Together, your people and their AI consolidate what was shaped through Alynki, so whoever picks up a piece of work, a human or an AI, one step or many, has what they need when they need it, without asking around. The first real pieces of work run through it while we’re still in the room, and what we find there we fix before we leave.

Rolling it out, and helping your people use it well, is part of the work we agreed, so there’s nothing new to price here.

04

Grow it together

Your team owns it. We show the people who will keep it current how to, and we keep working alongside you as it grows. The knowledge is yours and stays where you keep it; Alynki is how it reaches the work.

Ongoing support, keeping your foundation current, continues on terms that suit you.

What we ask of you

What we’ll need from you.

Time with the people who hold the knowledge: usually a few hours a week for the first weeks. Somebody on your side who will own the foundation after we step back. And a piece of real work to run through it early, so we learn from the truth, not a rehearsal.

What you keep

What outlasts the engagement.

A foundation your people and your AI both start from, kept current by your own team. Delivery that stops depending on who is in the room. And the knowledge your best people carry, no longer leaving with them.

The bar

A lower floor. A higher ceiling.

With what your business knows in front of everyone doing the work, the floor drops: anyone on your team, and any AI, starts from your best work instead of a blank page.

And the ceiling rises: your best people, and the AI beside them, go further than either could alone.

What stays checked after we leave.

Delivery that doesn’t depend on who is in the room.

Your work starts from what your business knows, whoever is doing it, human or AI.

New hires productive in weeks, not months.

What used to take a newcomer half a year to rediscover is there on day one.

Your best people’s knowledge, no longer leaving with them.

It stays yours, decided by you, reaching who you say.

Visibility across every team.

What the next team needs is in view before the hand-off, not discovered after it.

Before a first conversation

The questions people ask first.

What happens in the first conversation?

We talk about how your work gets done and where the knowledge that makes it good lives. If Alynki isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so.

Where does our data live?

What we hold for you is kept in Google Cloud in Melbourne, Australia. Your own systems stay where they are.

Which AI tools does it work with?

The ones your people already use: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and any other that connects over MCP, the open standard most AI tools now share.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

Every step of your work is checked against what your business decided before it moves on, and your people make the calls that need a person. A mistake is caught at the step, not by your customer.

How is it charged?

The first session is free. After it, we agree the work in the plan, and that is what you’re charged for; ongoing support continues on terms that suit you.
